Music Together Central Oregon Terms and Conditions
2025-2026 Music Together Central Oregon (MTCO) Terms and Conditions:
Please be sure to read through the following carefully prior to registering.
MTCO Fall, Winter and Spring terms include eight weekly 45-minute classes featuring songs from the current collection. MTCO summer term includes six weekly 45-minute classes. Classroom activities incorporate singing, small/large movement, percussive instrument play-alongs and fabric-based props such as scarves, ribbon wands and class parachute. These class activities remain the same from term to term, however, the music we make changes by song collection.
Once confirmed in a class (when that class meets minimum enrollment requirements), a fee of $35.00 will be deducted for withdrawals.
Registration and tuition fees are non-refundable once the term begins. Issued materials cannot be returned or refunded and must be purchased.
Every enrolled student has two make-up class credits per term on a first come, first serve basis scheduled via the Make-Up Scheduler link found under the Enrolled Families tab on the MTCO website. These can only be scheduled within that term and do not carry over.
Classes missed by instructor due to extenuating circumstances (illness, travel, etc.) may be taught by another teacher of MTCO, rescheduled or supplemented with digital content.
Classes missed due to extreme weather events will not be made up. (Determined by BLP School District)
All participants are required to wash hands before class (and highly encouraged to afterward).
Individuals should not attend class if they have a persistent cough, a constant runny nose or a fever of 99.6 F or higher. If you or your child feel slightly unwell, please consider wearing a medical grade mask or scheduling a makeup.
Unclaimed materials of enrolled families will be mailed to the account address on file during the last week of term.
Any unenrolled child attending class must schedule through the Demo-Scheduler (first time only) or Drop-In Scheduler.
All enrolled families are permitted two accompanying adults. Any additional adult participants must be approved by the teacher prior to class.
MTCO may use classroom images to help the community understand what a Music Together® class looks like. If you are at all concerned about your or your child's image being used, please contact MTCO Center Director, Aria Hartley.
Lastly, MTCO, an ABN of Generation IV Strings, LLC, is not liable for any damages, theft, or personal injury that may occur by participating in a MTCO class. We strive to provide the safest possible environment for our student families and require a responsible caregiver to ensure their own child's safety in class.
